McDonald`s in Augusta

Visited this one for 1st time a d hamburger tasted bad. Both I and my friend thought so. Won't go to that one again.

Love the oreo mcflurries, great coffee and fries . Great breakfast sandwiches too. Love the deals you can get with the app.

I'm not a big fan of fast food, but this location was decent and met my expectations. My order was done pretty quickly and I didn't have to wait long. I went through the drive through and that seems to be even faster than if I had gone inside.

They are renovating the property no food until further notice!!!

The automated sustem didn't work. That eak fine because I didn't feel as though i should work for my food. But after it took a half hour in line to order 2 medium fries, they didn't deliver the order to our table!!

We got our food quick from the drive through at 2:01 PM December 24th which was a surprise and also I would recommend the McDonald app to get some deals

Good good I know. I wish they did more deals that's the only time I go there when they have the 2 for 5. Be careful about how you order if you make one linguistic mistake your order will cost $27 instead of 7

Screw up my coffee 98% time .

They have ordering stations for drive through. Went through right one and got to watch 4 people on left get their orders taken. They had driven up when I was already at the right side. Did not get greeted and had to circle around to go to other ordering station. I would rate one star, but there was a very friendly girl given the food out. Even though we had to wait at the window she communicated and never showed any sign of stress. She kept a smile on the whole time. She deserves 5 stars.

Good McDonalds conveniently located in Augusta. Service was good and the food came out fast. It also has a small playground for kids to play in.

The revitalization has certainly improved the environment. However sadly just becuase you have a new shiny car doesnt mean the driver is any better. My McGriddle was luke warm and coffee obviously hours old. I did have a great experience with the new cashier up front that day. Despite being her first day alone she did exceptional. Ill give an extra star for her alone.

Very good. For this late hour, food was yummy and service was very friendly. Only issue: you need grilled chicken options on the value menu 😊

Two nights in a row after a long night shift I’ve gotten there at like 11:40, and nothing. No one answered at the drive-thru. Even though they’re supposed to be open until 12. And I’ve worked in fast food before. I get you’ve got a lot to do for close but at Wendy’s we always answered everyone even if they showed up a minute before our official close time.

The Gardiner McDonalds has sweet tea that taste like it is unsweetened. I have them add liquid sugar.

Ordered black coffee got cream in it. Asked about the two for $4.00 girls had no idea. Maybe they were new but they need to learn better

Friendly and fast....fresh fries is worth the wait

McDonald's prices have sky Rocketed these past couple of years and my order seemed to get messed up a LOT at the Bangor st. Location. I stopped bringing them business due to the fact that a Mcdouble is almost $2. So after a burger, Fry and Drink it comes too around $5 or more. I can spend that much at Burger King or Wendy's and get twice the amount. I do not recommend McDonald's if you struggle financially on a regular basis.

Salty burgers, burgers with blonde hair. Disgusting. Easy on the salt.

Terrible customer service. The lady running the cash window couldn't have been more rude if they tried. My order has been cold and rock hard the last 2 times, nevermind the fact that I didn't receive the correct items either time.

I'm pretty sure there is something wrong here I have no cheese no mayo. There's lettuce and ketchup. And the receipt obviously says no shed lettuce at cheese mhm something is definitely not right. And probably won't go back to that McDonald's

Fast, efficient, known food.Great ice milk comes, and hot fudge sundays. Just enough to satisfy your sweet tooth and doesnt break the bank.

You know it's McDonald's, so you have to judge based on a fast food standard. As it goes, this place usually does pretty well even when the lunch rush is on.The prices at this location have gone up, but I owe it to the recent remodel that has the dining room looking fabulous. Worth a little extra to me to eat in a nice, inviting dining room. Plus, this location has an indoor playground, a must in the cold north.

Rarely eat fast food, but every single time I’ve been here, the order is wrong or messed up. I’ve had horrible experiences with some of the staff.

They offen times try to jack up the price by adding things that I didn't want.

Food was great if you could only get my order right imagine that statement LOL making America fatter by the minute still cheaper than buying it in the store though oh and don't forget government's tracking your every movement I didn't ask for this to be on my phone just because I went to your store thanks for wasting my time last year's flies were great I wonder what this year's is going to be like maybe y'all do something about that gross
